Welcome

I am delighted this year Neil has asked me to be the Chairman for his Benefit Year. Having been involved as a peripheral supporter of previous beneficiaries, I felt it was time to help and give my full support to an outstanding cricketer who has given loyal service to his county cricket team. Neil has given so much enjoyment to the supporters of Warwickshire CC, and it is particularly pleasing to support one of the players who richly deserves a Benefit Year.

My objective for the year is to raise the profile of the charities that Neil and the committee are supporting, namely the Marie Curie Hospice Appeal and the PCA Benevolent Fund, and to give something memorable back to all those supporters of the Benefit Year. Without the supporters there would be no beneficiaries.
